CycleClaim is an AI-guided appeal copilot for people whose IVF, IUI, fertility medication, or related prior authorization request gets denied. It turns denial letters, plan documents, and clinic notes into a structured appeal packet with deadlines, evidence checklists, and insurer-specific next steps. The wedge is narrow on purpose: fertility denials are time-sensitive, emotionally loaded, and expensive enough that patients and clinics will pay to avoid losing an entire cycle.
