About the archive
A build log with a memory—and a boundary.
MAJOR LAB is the public field log for the agents, apps, automations, hardware experiments, and product ideas built on one Mac.
What belongs here
Real product decisions, useful flows, honest status, and the small implementation details that made an experiment work—or exposed why it did not.
What does not
Credentials, absolute machine paths, raw personal records, private health or finance data, messages, source photos, and unverified claims dressed up as current facts.
How the index stays alive
A local allowlisted catalog pass can refresh short public-safe concept summaries. Production receives only the static reviewed snapshot. It cannot scan the machine.
