The build
Buzz Health brings a health lead, workout coach, nutrition coach, health-data analyst, and recovery coach into shared channels with a custom runtime. The Android capture and private backend paths are real; the fully autonomous running team is still being proven.

The useful idea
Specialists should not become five disconnected chatbots. They need a common evidence boundary, explicit handoffs, and one coordinator responsible for the final recommendation.

The team foundation and capture pipeline are configured. The next honest milestone is a complete end-to-end team run with visible handoffs and no invented health context.
