A guided phone flow captures a small set of useful keyframes, sends those frames for geometry estimation, validates the result, and merges it into a full-width 3D model.

The useful idea
The product should show what the model thinks the room is becoming while the user can still correct it. It is an assisted estimate, not a claim of survey-grade precision.
